New Unzyme music videos to be shot even deeper underground – in mines

We’re going deeper underground. Or at least we’re trying to get permissions to shoot two music videos in two different mines. Suvi Liukkonen, the producer of the music videos, has started negotiations with First Quantum Minerals, a company that operates the Pyhäsalmi mine and Nordkalk Oy, which operates the Tytyri mine in Lohja. We’re also trying to get permissions to shoot in the High-Rise Laboratory of Kone, which is a part of the Tytyri mine.

First of these two music videos, “Extinction”, will be directed by Artur Kazmertsuk, with whom we collaborated on the “Until the guilt is forgiven” music video. The second video, “Tied into a frame”, will be shot by Sebastian Trzaska in Pyhäsalmi, if we get the permission to shoot there.

We already have a great script for the “Extinction” music video, and are currently writing the script for “Tied into a frame”. Grant applications and sponsorship requests will be sent shortly.
